Telgoo5 offers a feature that allows you to seamlessly swap devices directly from the customer service representative interface.

Using the edit icon, you can proceed with the sim swap.

Enter the new IMEI number of the device, model ID, agent login ID, and select the reason for changing the device from the drop-down menu.

You also have the option to remove the device ID using the Remove Device button.

After completing the updates, click Submit. Return to the CSR to see the changes.

To enable or disable this permission, follow these steps:

1. Go to User Settings(PC480).
2. Check for your existing group.
3. Locate your group and select Manage Permissions.
4. Search for Meid Swap(PC101) under CSR Permissions.
5. Enable or disable the permission based on your preference.
6. Submit.
7. Log out and log back in to see the changes.
