Curious about accessing and viewing files within a customer account?
Here are the steps for viewing, uploading and downloading files:
1. Navigate to the customer account to view files.
2. On CSR for customer account, click on View Files (PC80).
3. On the View Files page, you have the flexibility to both upload and view files.
- For uploading, begin by selecting the upload category from the drop-down menu. Then, click on 'Add Files' to choose a file from your system. After selecting the file, click 'Upload Files' to upload it into Telgoo5. Make sure to upload files that are permitted; otherwise, an error will be displayed.
Error: These type of files are not allowed
- To access the uploaded document, locate the PDF icon under the status column. Clicking on this icon allows you to view the file directly within the system. Additionally, you can download the file for offline access if needed.
To enable or disable this permission, follow these steps:
1. Go to User Settings(PC480).
2. Check for your existing group.
3. Locate your group and select Manage Permissions.
4. Search for View Files (PC80) under CSR permissions.
5. Enable or disable the permission based on your preference.
6. Submit.
7. Log out and log back in to see the changes.
