Usage (PC254)

Usage, permission code 254 allows you to access the customer's plan usage.

 

Accessing this feature in Telgoo5 involves following these steps:

  • Navigate to the customer page.
  • Provide customer details to access the Customer Profile.
  • Locate to Quick Links section on the right-hand side and click on Usage (PC254).
  • Within the Usage section, specify the desired date range for inquiry and choose the number of records to display.
  • Review the list of customer usage details. You can filter usage types from the dropdown menu (All, Data, Text, Talk). Additionally, you have the option to download all results using the Download CDR button at the top.

To enable or disable this permission, follow these steps:

1. Go to User Settings(PC480).
2. Check for your existing group.
3. Locate your group and select Manage Permissions.
4. Search for Usage(PC254).
5. Enable or disable the permission based on your preference.
6. Click Submit.
7. Log out and log back in to see the changes.
