Add TopUp - Minute/Text (PC60)

To add a top-up for a customer using Telgoo5, follow these steps:

  • Begin by opening the customer's CSR page within the Telgoo5 system.
  • Navigate to the "Add TopUp - Minute/Text" option located under Quick Links.Telgoo5 Gr8 Connect (6).png

 

  • Here, you'll have the flexibility to choose from various payment options to add the top-up, including Credit Card, Cash, Money Order, Money Gram, Wallet, Free Top Up, or Pin.

 

  • The customer's MDN and address details will be auto-populated.You'll need to add additional details such as card information, total amount, and then proceed to submit the top-up request.

  • In case the desired top-up plan isn't available in the dropdown menu, you can create a new one by selecting the "+Add New Top Up Plan (PC232)" option.

          Provide all the necessary details for the new top-up plan and then submit it.

To enable or disable this permission, follow these steps:

1. Go to User Settings(PC480).
2. Check for your existing group.
3. Locate your group and select Manage Permissions.
4. Search for Add TopUp - Minute/Text (PC60).
5. Enable or disable the permission based on your preference.
6. Submit.
7. Log out and log back in to see the changes.
