To change a customer's plan via Telgoo5 CSR, follow these steps:
1. Search for the customer whose plan you want to change.
2. Find "Plan Change (PC77)" under quick links.
3. The CSR screen for plan change will appear. The CSR representative can either change the customer's plan to one of the pre-existing plans in Telgoo5 or add a new plan using "Add New Plan (PC232)."
Select a plan from the list of pre-existing plans.
4. Choose the timing for the plan change: immediately, upon expiry, or on a specified date.
5. After selecting the plan, proceed with the payment or opt to skip it.
6. At the end, you have an option to save the card details for future use.
7. Hit Submit.
A transaction summary will be generated, displaying all the details of the plan change.
After submitting all changes, you will see the old plan, new plan, effective date, and the option to cancel the change.
To enable or disable this permission, follow these steps:

1. Go to User Settings(PC480).
2. Check for your existing group.
3. Locate your group and select Manage Permissions.
4. Search for Plan Change (PC77) under CSR permissions.
5. Enable or disable the permission based on your preference.
6. Submit.
7. Log out and log back in to see the changes.
