When a user tries to log into Telgoo5 and enters a wrong password more than 3 times, their account gets locked.
Telgoo5 provides flexibility to unlock those accounts and allows restricting user account access by locking their account.
Follow these steps to lock/unlock an account:
1. Navigate to User settings(PC480).
2. Click on Manage employee(PC123) and search for a particular account you want to perform action on.
3. Scroll to the right of the screen to find the column Status of locked/unlocked and proceed to either lock or unlock an account based on you preference.
