CSR - Telgoo5 backend user.  If you have the buy flow implemented in TG5 backend and you want the plan to show in that buy flow, you would select this.     

AGENT - This is old deprecated agent flow.  Not needed. 

API - This is required for everything other than the CSR situation mentioned above. 

WEBSITE - This permission is required for plans to show in the customer facing website. 

APP - This permission is required for the plans to show on any customer app.  

IVR - Interactive voice response.  Enable if you want if plan to be option for customer calling in using IVR system.  

POS - If you are using Telgoo5 POS, this permission is required for plan to be displayed in that situation.  

ENROLLMENT PORTAL - If you want the plan to display in the Telgoo5 agent enrollment portal you would select this.
