Here in this article, you know how to create a topup plan. If you want a specific topup plan for your customers, you have to create that. You can create topup plan and set a plan cost, apply taxes, allow payment types, and allow different states etc. 

 

To create a topup plan, first you have to click on the Setting Icon at top-right in Telgoo5 Dashboard.

 

 

 

 

Then Setting options' list will be displayed. Now click on the Plan Config (PC232) option.

 

 

 

 

In Plan Config screen, click on the Topup section.

Now click on the +Add Topup Plan button to add a topup plan.

Now the time comes when you have to Setup the topup plan in OSS. Enter Topup Name, Reload Name, and Plan Description. Then select Payment Type and States for the plan.

 

 

After that your will see Choose Carrier button in the above form. Click on it to choose carrier for the plan which you want to add in the system.

 

 

A new pop up window will be displayed with the carrier list. Choose a carrier from this list.

 

 

 

When you choose a carrier in the list which is showing in above image, carrier code and the Carrier code's other details will be displayed. Check the carrier code radio button. You can add a new carrier code if you wish. 

 

 

 

 

After choosing a carrier code, the pop window will be displayed as below image. Click on the button I want to proceed and add the plan only on Plum Mobi to proceed further. Now the popup window will be come back on the same form which was opened earlier. 

 

 

 

 

Now the carrier and carrier code and its all details will be displayed in the form below the choose plan button. After completing choose plan popup window, you have to fill plan cost, tax config, autopay config, others, tribal plan, and topup category details etc.

Clicking on the submit button will display success message, which means the plan has been created.
