Blue Buttons Functionalities section displays different types of functionalities' buttons such as Download Reports, Download tickets CSV, Add Ticket, View Ticket Type, View Groups, and Add Groups.
Blue Button Functionality section allows user to get different types of helpful functionalities. Let's explain one by one all Blue Buttons' Functionality.
1. Download Report: This button allows a CSV report of different types of status of Ticket System. When you click on Download Report button, the below CSV will be downloaded in your system.
2. Download Tickets CSV: This button allows a CSV report of all searched records of Ticket System.
3. Add Ticket: This button allows user to add a ticket and assigned it to any particular concerned user in Ticket System.
4. View Ticket Type: This button allows user to add, edit and view ticket type. According to a particular ticket type you can assign a ticket to any user in Ticket System.
5. View Groups: This button allows user to view Groups of Telgoo5 Ticket system. A group is a collection of users. When you create a ticket you have to assign that ticket to any individual user or any group.
6. Add Groups: This button allows user to create groups in Ticket system. When you click on the Add Groups button, the Add Group pop up window will be opened.
