Telgoo5 Ticketing System is a sophisticated ticketing software support for routing, prioritizing, and solving employees/agents’ interactions. It acts as a shared inbox for all your agents' or employees’ questions and concerns. A task can be assigned and managed with a consistent ticket life cycle with different priorities, monitoring and search functionality. Now it is much easier for an agent to quickly solve the issue/concern under this ticket management system.

First access Telgoo5 system with your login credentials (See Image 1.0).

After successful log in, you can see Tickets (PC722) option at left panel in bottom most option (See Image 2.0).

Scroll down left panel, you will see Tickets (PC722) option. You must have permission PC722 to access this feature. If it is not clickable, contact your admin or provide access permission of Telgoo5 Ticket System.
Under the User Group Permission of your user's group must have PC722 as checked (See Image 3.0).
