Status Boxes displays different type of tickets' status number at the top of Telgoo5 Ticket Dashboard.
Following boxes are displayed under this section of Ticketing System.
- TOTAL TICKETS: It displays the total number of tickets in Ticketing System. In the above image 5 total tickets are showing in Ticketing System.
- ESCALATION TICKETS: It displays the total number of escalated tickets in Ticketing System, which are critical and need to be escalated with more support or care. In the above image 1 ticket is showing under escalated status in Ticketing System.
- OPENED TICKETS: It displays the total number of opened tickets in Ticketing System, which has to be taken care. In the above image 1 ticket is showing under open status in Ticketing System.
- CLOSED TICKETS: It displays the total number of closed tickets in Ticketing System. In the above image 1 ticket is showing under closed status in Ticketing System.
- PENDING TICKETS: It displays the total number of pending tickets in Ticketing System. In the above image 2 ticket are showing under pending status in Ticketing System.
- MY TICKETS: It displays the total number of tickets in Ticketing System, which are assigned to the user who is logged in. In the above image 3 tickets are showing under escalation in Ticketing System which are assigned to you.
