Click on the Tickets (PC722) at the left panel in Telgoo5 Dashboard to access it's Ticket System.
Ticketing System's dashboard will be appeared when you click on the Tickets (PC722) at the left panel in Telgoo5.

Status Boxes: It displays ticket's numbers of different tickets' status such as TOTAL TICKETS, ESCALATION TICKETS, OPENED TICKETS, CLOSED TICKETS, PENDING TICKETS, and MY TICKETS.
Status Filters: It displays different type of search filters such All Tickets, Assigned to Me, Created By Me, Opened, Closed, Groups etc.
Blue Buttons Functionalities: It displays different types of functionalities such as Download Reports, Download tickets CSV, Add Ticket, View Ticket Type, View Groups, and Add Groups.
Search Fields: It displays different type of search fields such as Record Limit, Ticket No, Customer ID, Status, Select Ticket Type, and Select Sort By.
Displayed Record Section: This section displays the search records according to the different types of search combinations. It displays all tickets by default.
