Navigate to the SMS Module
- Log in to your Telgoo5 dashboard.
- On the left-hand navigation menu, locate the Notification (PC677) section.
- Click on Add New SMS Notification (PC675).
Configure SMS Notification Details
Fill in the configuration form provided on the screen:
- Select Notification Type: Choose the event that triggers this SMS (e.g., Activation, Payment Reminder, Order Update).
- Carrier: Select the relevant carrier or "All Carriers" from the dropdown.
- State/Plan: Select the specific state or plan(s) to which this notification applies.
Compose Your SMS
- SMS Content: Enter the text you want the customer to receive.
- Tip: Similar to email templates, you can use system variables such as $FIRST_NAME$, $ACCOUNTNO$, or $PLANNAMES$ to ensure the message is personalized for the customer.
- Character Limit: Be mindful of character limits standard to SMS messaging to ensure the message is delivered correctly without being truncated by the carrier.
Finalize
- Review all details, including the notification type and carrier selection, to ensure they match your requirements.
- Click the Preview button to activate the new SMS notification template.
