Access Notification Settings

• Log in to your Telgoo5 dashboard.
• Navigate to the left-hand menu and locate the Notification (PC677) section.
• Within the Notification section, click on Add New E-Mail Notification (PC668).

Configure Notification Details

Fill in the configuration form with the following information:

• Select Notification Type: Choose the event type from the dropdown menu (e.g., Activation Reminder, Plan Change).

• 'From' Details: * From Name: The display name recipients will see.
  • From Email Address: The sender address.
  • Reply To: (Optional) An email address to receive replies.
• Reminder Details (if applicable): Set the Reminder Delay (e.g., 1 day) if you are setting up a timed reminder.

Define Scope

• Select Carrier: Choose the relevant carrier (or "All Carriers").
• Select State: Choose the applicable state or region.
• Select Plan: Select the specific plan(s) this notification applies to.

Compose Content

• Email Subject: Enter the subject line for the email.
• Email Body: Compose the content of your notification.
