Access Notification Settings
- Log in to your Telgoo5 dashboard.
- Navigate to the left-hand menu and locate the Notification (PC677) section.
- Within the Notification section, click on Add New E-Mail Notification (PC668).
Configure Notification Details
Fill in the configuration form with the following information:
- Select Notification Type: Choose the event type from the dropdown menu (e.g., Activation Reminder, Plan Change).
- 'From' Details: * From Name: The display name recipients will see.
- From Email Address: The sender address.
- Reply To: (Optional) An email address to receive replies.
- Reminder Details (if applicable): Set the Reminder Delay (e.g., 1 day) if you are setting up a timed reminder.
Define Scope
- Select Carrier: Choose the relevant carrier (or "All Carriers").
- Select State: Choose the applicable state or region.
- Select Plan: Select the specific plan(s) this notification applies to.
Compose Content
- Email Subject: Enter the subject line for the email.
- Email Body: Compose the content of your notification.
