- Navigate to the Module: From your main dashboard, locate the Notification (PC677) section in the left-hand menu.
- Access the View Screen: Click on View E-Mail Notification (PC669).
- Search/Filter: Use the available filter options (such as filtering by specific carriers, notification types, or status) to narrow down the list if you have many templates.
- Display Results: Click the Search button to generate the list of current email templates.
- Review or Manage: The search results table will display all configured email notifications. From here, you can review the current templates and use the Option icons (typically on the right side of each row) to perform tasks such as:
- View: Check the content and configuration of an existing notification.
- Edit: Modify the subject, body, or sender information if changes are needed.
- Tip: You can use system variables such as $FIRST_NAME$ or $ACCOUNTNO$ to personalize the email for each customer.
Finalize
- Review your settings for accuracy.
- Click the Preview button to activate the new email notification template.
