Used for managing structural account changes when a specific line needs to be assigned to a completely different primary account structure.
- Step 1: Click on Switch Multiline Orders Parent (PC1179).
- Step 2: Look up the current child line or order by entering its respective unique ID or phone number.
- Step 3: Input the destination Parent Account ID that you want to move the line into.
- Step 4: Verify billing impacts and confirm the migration to re-route that order/line assignment under the new parent profile hierarchy.
