Once submitted, individual network profiles must provision across the cellular network. This sub-menu provides direct visibility into carrier-level activations.
- Step 1: Click on Multiline Orders Provision Status (PC1178).
- Step 2: Use the search parameters (e.g., Date Range, Order ID, Parent Account Number, or Customer Name) to filter your data.
- Step 3: Monitor real-time API responses and statuses from network carriers for each underlying child line.
- Step 4: If a specific line displays a provisioning error, use available action buttons to Retry Provisioning or modify network identifiers (like the SIM/ICCID) to push the activation through.
