A centralized repository to view, filter, and track the status of every single multiline transaction processed through the system.
- Step 1: Click on All Orders (PC1175).
- Step 2: Use the search parameters (e.g., Date Range, Order ID, Parent Account Number, or Customer Name) to filter your data.
- Step 3: Click Search/Filter to update the list view.
- Step 4: Review the collective status column to see which line clusters are pending, failed, complete, or provisioning.
