With Telgoo5, you can effortlessly add SIM cards to the inventory for future assignment to customers.

To add SIM inventory, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Inventory (PC382).
2. Click on Manage Inventory (PC345).
3. Select Add Units (PC1).

4. Add all the required fields.

1. Carrier:
- Select a carrier from the drop-down menu if you are using multiple carriers. This is the carrier for whom you are adding the SIM.

2.Unit Type:
- Choose "SIM" from the available options.

3.Provision Type:
Select the provision type for the SIM you are adding:
-Add Stock
-Pre-activated
-Add and Activate
-Add and Assign Non-activated

4.Upload Type
- Choose whether to upload a single SIM unit or multiple units in bulk.

5.Agent Type:
- Select the agent type to whom you want to assign the inventory. Only users under the selected agent type will have access to the inventory.

Example: If you select the agent type as Master, you will then have a list of Master agents to whom you can assign the inventory.

6.Master Agent:
- If agent type selected is Master, you will have a list of master agents to whom you can assign the SIM inventory. If agent type selected is Distributor, you will have a list of distributors.

If you want to add an eSIM,set the 'is eSIM' parameter to 'Y'.

Additionally, ensure that the e-sim model is added in the inventory using Manage Model (PC314).

If you are uploading SIM cards in bulk, please use the sample file to add the SIM details according to the provided headers.

Add all the necessary details and click submit.
