In Telgoo5, you can easily add and update devices.
1. Within Telgoo5 Dashboard, navigate to Manage Inventory(PC345) under Inventory(PC382).
Click Add Units(PC1).
2. In Add Unit section, for Unit Type select GSM IMEI/Device Id and for upload type you have option to add one manually or upload devices in bulk.
When you choose the single unit upload type, you'll encounter this screen where you can input all the necessary details:
Device ID/IMEI: Enter the IMEI number of the device.
Agent Type: Select the agent type from options like Master Agent, Distributor, Retailer, Employee, or Shipper. This choice determines which users within the hierarchy will have access to this device. For instance, if you choose Distributor as the agent type, only users under the distributor will be able to access this device.
Employee: If you select Employee as the agent type, you'll have the option to add the device to an employee. If you had chosen Retailer as the agent type, this option would automatically switch to Retailer, allowing you to select and assign accordingly.
Model: Specify the model of the device from the existing models listed. If you need to add a new model, simply click on the (+) button and proceed to add it.
Device Retail Price: This refers to the amount you intend to sell the device for.
ACP Co-Pay Amount: This is the co-pay amount that will be charged from the customer.
ACP Device Reimbursement Amount: This represents the reimbursement received from the government for the device.
Once you've added all the details, click on the "Submit" button.
To verify that the device has been successfully added, you can follow these steps:
- Navigate to the CSR search function.
- Enter the device ID in the search bar.
- Hit "Inventory search".

In this section, you'll find comprehensive details about the device you've added, including its status, which is displayed as "Free". This indicates that the device is available for use by an agent and can be easily assigned to a customer.
This will allow you to confirm the addition of the device by checking its details in the inventory.
