Telgoo5 offers the flexibility to upload devices in bulk, streamlining and simplifying the inventory management process.
1. Within Telgoo5 Dashboard, navigate to Manage Inventory(PC345) under Inventory(PC382).
Click Add Units(PC1).
2. In the Add Unit section, select GSM IMEI/Device ID for Unit Type and choose Bulk Upload for Upload Type.
Additionally, select the Agent Type from the drop-down list (options include Master Agent, Distributor, Retailer, Employee, or Shipper).
For instance, if you select Distributor as the Agent Type, then choose a specific distributor from the distributor list. Only users associated with that distributor will have access to the added devices.
You have the option to download a sample file and add all the fields in the Excel sheet according to the provided headers and upload it.
Add the file and click on Start Upload or Cancel based on your preference.
3. Once the upload is complete and devices are available for use in the system, you can view the report by clicking on "View Report" at the top.
4. On the report page, you can view the complete history of all bulk uploads. The Batch#, Total Success MEID, and Total Failure MEID act as hyperlinks. You can download these to get detailed information about the entire batch, including the failed and successful MEIDs.
