With Telgoo5, you can seamlessly change a subscriber's carrier using the "Existing Subscriber Port-In (PC343)" function.
This feature allows you to transfer the subscriber from one carrier to another within the same client network effortlessly.
1. Search for the customer to port-in on the CSR.
2. Click Existing Subscriber Port-in (PC343) under Quick Links.
3. Fill out the "Create New Port-In Request" form:
- When requesting to port in from a different carrier while keeping the same vendor, select "YES" in the "Port-In with Carrier Change" field.
- Change the old SIM status to "deactivated".
- Assign the SIM to the new carrier.
- Click "Check Portability" to verify the portability of the number. If the number is successfully assigned to the new carrier, a success message will appear, indicating that the number is eligible for the existing subscriber port-in request.
Fill in all the other details in the Port in request form and hit Submit.
4. The port-in request will appear in the "Pending Port-in List (PC394)" indicating that it has been sent to the carrier and is awaiting a response for successful completion.
5. Once the request is sent, the customer note will be updated to reflect "Port-in Request Submitted Successfully to Carrier."
