If the subscriber wants to port their phone number from one carrier to another, they can request this through the Telgoo5 portal by following the below steps:
1. Navigate to Prepaid/Postpaid Orders (PC109).
2. Select New Enrollments (PC1142).
3. Enter customer information, and in step 3, choose “Port In - Customer has a SIM and can give its information (PC251)" as the handover type.
4. Enter the number to port and provide all required customer details such as first name, last name, account number, and account password, then submit the order.
5. After a port-in order is completed from Telgoo5 handover, the order moves to Pending Port, and the port-in process is initiated.

When an order is created from the website or an agent assigns the SIM from drop-ship and selects port-in as manual, it will appear in the port-in manual queue.
This can be found under the ports section.
The customer can proceed with the port-in process on their own, or an agent can handle it using the "Send Request to Carrier" option.
