Activation Report (PC61)
The Activation Report provides a detailed overview of customers activated within a chosen date-range.
Users can tailor the report according to different hierarchical levels like master agent, retailer, distributor, or agent.
For filtering purposes, users can specify either the activation date or the order date.
Additionally, they have the option to select the enrollment type (ACP, Prepaid, or Lifeline) from a drop-down menu.
Users can also refine the report to focus on specific customer statuses such as disconnected, active, dispatched, or suspended within the selected date range.

Customer Line Status (PC125)
The Customer Line Status Report provides a quick overview of customer account statuses, including active, disconnected, pending action (inactive), suspended, and dispatched accounts.
For more detailed information on customers across these categories, reports can be downloaded.
Furthermore, users can customize this report by specifying date ranges, states, and filters such as disconnection reasons (non-usage or regular).
Finally, specific customer details can be retrieved using the SSN field.

Non Usage (PC817)
Note: This report is important from an ACP compliance perspective. According to the rules, its necessary to track non-usage days for ACP customers and disconnect service after the 45days of non-usage.
Non Usage report enables you to generate a comprehensive report for customers who haven't used the service, including the duration of non-usage in days.
Users can further refine this report by specifying user chain (master agent, distributor, retailer, and employee), selecting carriers in case of multiple integrations, and choosing the number of days for non-usage.

Usage Details Report
You can customize this report against a specific date according to your preferences, download it and choose to receive it via FTP or email by scheduling it for daily, weekly, or monthly delivery.
There are four types of usage reports you can generate:
Consolidated Usage This report provides a summary of usage, broken down by SMS, data, and voice for each day within the selected date range. Example: If you select the date range from May 1 to May 12, this report will show the consolidated SMS, data, and voice usage for each day within that period. |
Plan-wise Usage This report details usage based on customer plans within the selected date range. Example: If you select the date range from May 1 to May 12 and offer Plans A, B, and C to customers, this report will display SMS, voice, and data usage for each plan (A, B, and C). |
MDN-wise Usage This report provides usage details for all active MDNs. Example: If there are 10,000 active MDNs/customers, this report will show data, talk, and voice usage details for each of these customers. |
Detailed MDN-wise Usage Similar to the MDN-wise usage report, but with more usage details. Example: If the selected date range is from May 1 to May 12, this report will show the usage details for all 10,000 customers, including their daily usage from May 1 to May 12. |
