All Telgoo5 users are organized in a hierarchical structure, ranging from Master Agent at the top level of hierarchy to Employee at the bottom.
Managing user level access enables restricting report data for specific users and allowing access to reports data for specific users in the user chain. (Example: User A can access report data/actions performed by User B and User C if User A has user level access to it).
Many a times, you might encounter errors while accessing reports, such as 'No record found!!' You can mitigate these errors by ensuring that your Telgoo5 account has the appropriate user-level access set for you.
To ensure a user has proper permissions and access to reports, follow these steps:"
1. Navigate to User Settings(PC480) in Telgoo5 settings.
2. Under Mange employee(PC123), search for the user you want to update user level access. Once the user is located, scroll to the right and find the icon under Option column.
3. You can proceed and select users from Master agent, distributor, retailer and Employee user chain.
The users you select from these chain, actions or data related to those users will only be available to the user we are applying changes to.
You can select individual user or select all in the entire chain by clicking on Select All.
You can opt to select specific users or include all within the chain by utilizing the "Select All" option.
Moreover, users can streamline the process by automatically adding distributors, retailers, and employees within Telgoo5 by clicking Auto add checkbox on the top.
Once selected, click Save. Log out and log back in Telgoo5 to apply the changes.

In summary, the user who is subject to these restrictions will have access to report data or actions performed by the users in the selected hierarchy: Scott (Master Agent), Mary (Distributor), Emma & Isabel (Retailers), and Daisy & Ryan (Employees).
