You can unsubscribe Email or SMS notification through Telgoo5 CSR against a particular customer's account or customer can unsubscribe by clicking on the link in received email or SMS.
The Telgoo5 system offers two types of notifications:
- Transactional notification
- Promotional notification
If a customer opts to unsubscribe from a campaign, they will no longer receive promotional notification. Similarly, if a customer unsubscribes from transactional notifications, they will no longer receive transactional notification.
In the Telgoo5 system, you have the flexibility to individually stop promotional emails, stop promotional SMS messages, stop transactional emails, or stop transactional SMS messages at any time through Telgoo5 CSR dashboard. You can choose to stop all types of notifications or selectively unsubscribe from any specific type based on customer's preferences.
The above images display a comprehensive list of a customer's notification preferences that can be customized according to customer's preferences. You have the ability to manage and personalize various types of notifications based on customer's specific requirements.

How can customer unsubscribe Promotional Email or SMS?
To unsubscribe from promotional emails or SMS messages, customers can simply click on the unsubscribe URL provided in the campaign email or SMS. Once they do so, they will no longer receive any promotional emails or SMS messages from the campaign. You can see the changed status in CSR if a customer unsubscribes promotional email or promotional SMS.
Once you click on the Unsubscribe link in the email or in SMS, the below confirmation message will be displayed and the customer CSR's Stop Promotional SMS Notification (PC805) and Stop Promotional Email Notification (PC805) will be displayed as Blue.
You can unsubscribe Promotional email or SMS by clicking on Stop Promotional SMS Notification (PC805) and Stop Promotional Email Notification (PC805) in customer's account details under CSR.
How customer can unsubscribe Transactional Email or SMS?
To unsubscribe from transactional emails or SMS messages, customers can click on the unsubscribe URL which is provided in the specific transactional email or SMS notification. But customer can unsubscribe transactional notification for a particular event only at a time. He can not unsubscribe all type of transactional notification events. Means if a customer do not wish to get any type of transactional email or SMS, he has to connect with customer support where all kind of transactional notification can be stopped from CSR which is mentioned above images.
Customer can unsubscribe only a particular event's notification by clicking on the link mentioned in that event email or SMS.
For example, if a customer clicks on the unsubscribe URL in a change address email notification, they will no longer receive transactional emails of change address event. However, they will still receive transactional notifications for other events such as password changes, payment confirmations, order confirmations, and so on. The same applies to transactional SMS notifications too.
You can unsubscribe all Transactional email or SMS by clicking on Stop Transactional SMS Notification (PC805) and Stop Transactional Email Notification (PC805) in customer's account details under CSR.
