Telgoo5 now offers a new configuration feature that allows You to send notifications and manage campaigns targeting inactive customers. This feature ensures that even customers who have not been actively engaged with the company can receive important updates and promotional messages via SMS. Additionally, Telgoo5 provides the capability to send SMS campaigns to these inactive customers, helping businesses re-engage and re-establish communication with them.
You have to follow the path mention below to enable this configuration.
Settings Icon --> System Config (PC234) --> Notification Config --> Send Notification to Inactive Customer
Click on the setting icon.
Then click on System Config (PC234).
Here under Notification Config, click on Send Notification to Inactive Customer config.
There are 2 options available for Send Notification to Inactive Customer config.
1. Send Notification to Inactive Customer=YES
If you keep this config YES, the SMS notification will be sent to inactive customers.
2. Send Notification to Inactive Customer=NO
If you keep this config NO, the SMS notification will not be sent to inactive customers.
