To launch a campaign using Telgoo5, you need to schedule the campaign template by setting a specific date and time for it to start. It is necessary to update the schedule at least 30 minutes in advance of the intended start time in order to access the process button that will allow you to proceed with that particular template.
You can effectively schedule and launch your campaign in Telgoo5 by peruse the following steps.
Once you have set the schedule time for a template in Telgoo5, a process icon will be displayed. This icon indicates that you can proceed with the template and launch the campaign at the scheduled time.
NOTE: It is important to ensure that the schedule time is set at least 30 minutes ahead of the intended start time in order for the process icon to appear and for the campaign to launch as planned.
When you click on the Process button, you will be redirected to Setup Campaign screen.
When setting up a campaign in Telgoo5, you will come across two options for selecting the customer type. The first option is "All Active," which enables you to send email or SMS campaigns to all active customers within the Telgoo5 system. The second option is "External Upload CSV," which allows you to send campaigns to specific Telgoo5 customers by uploading a CSV file with their information.
- All Active: This option sends Email/SMS campaign to all active customers of Telgoo5.
- External Upload CSV: External CSV allows you to interact with specified Telgoo5 Customers, which you want.
External Upload CSV: You have to provide Customer's MDN and Customer ID in CSV. One of the any information should be correct between MDN and Customer ID to send the campaign email/SMS.
After creating CSV, upload your CSV through Add files button. Then click on the Start Upload button.
When You upload the CSV, it will display success and failed counts. Now you have to click on Refresh button to access your Campaign's Batch.
After clicking on the Refresh button, there is Proceed button will be displayed. When you click on that button, it will ask about the customers' preference confirmation.

After completing the setup process, your Campaign Batch will be ready to launch. At the scheduled time, it will be sent out to your customers. You will receive confirmation of the campaign batch, including success and failure records. You can easily track the delivery status of your campaign by distinguishing between Sent, Failed, and Pending statuses.
