We have recently added a dropdown search filter as Account Status in Activation Report (PC61). Now we can search records in this report according to different account status. Account Status search filter provides following options for searching.
- Active: When choosing this option in this search filter all active customers will be displayed.
- Suspend: When choosing Suspend option, all Suspend customers will be displayed.
- Dispatched: When choosing Dispatched option, all Dispatched customers will be displayed.
- Pending: When choosing Pending option, all Pending customers will be displayed whose review process is completed and their print label process is due.
- Disconnect: When choosing Disconnect option, all Disconnect customers will be displayed.
Following path can leads us at the Activation Report (PC61).
Location: Reports (PC224) --> All Reports (PC428) --> Activation Report (PC61)
Click on the Activation Report (PC61) report by clicking on All Reports (PC428) option of Reports (PC224) section of left panel in Telgoo5.
Now select an Account status which is mentioned below in the image. There are 6 options will be displayed in account status search filter.
- Select All
- Active
- Disconnect
- Dispatched
- Pending
- Suspend

CASE-01: All activated accounts are being displayed in below image as we select Active option in Account Status search filter in Activation Report (PC61) report.
CASE-02: All disconnected accounts are being displayed in below image as we select disconnected option in Account Status search filter in Activation Report (PC61) report.
