• Telgoo5 Permissions: User permissions can be updated by the Telgoo5 team, but oversight, security, and discretion remain the responsibility of the client.
• Internal Resources: Agents should regularly reference the Telgoo5 internal knowledge base when configuring complex device setups.

Vertex Returns Process

• Return Services: Vertex does not offer direct return services. All returns must be handled internally through the client.
• Vertex DOA (Dead on Arrival) Shipping: The client is responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the item to Vertex.
