- Navigate to the Campaign Module: In the left-hand sidebar menu, locate the Campaign (PC760) section and expand it.
- Access the Campaign List: Click on View Campaign List (PC762) to open the campaign management interface.
- Search for Specific Campaigns: You can filter your results using the search fields:
- Search by Campaign Name, Subject: Enter a keyword to find a specific campaign.
- Campaign Type: Use the dropdown to filter by SMS or Email campaigns.
- Status: Use the dropdown to filter campaigns by their current status.
- Execute Search: Click the Search button to display campaigns that match your selected criteria.
Once your campaign list is displayed, you can review your existing campaigns and manage them as needed based on the results returned.
- Campaign Name: The identifying name of the campaign.
- Campaign Type: Indicates whether the campaign is for EMAIL or SMS.
- From E-mail: Displays the sender's email address for email campaigns (not applicable for SMS).
- Subject: The subject line or reference text associated with the campaign.
- Status: Shows the current operational status (e.g., Inactive).
- Created By / Created Date: Tracks the user who created the campaign and the date it was established.
- Updated By / Updated Date: Tracks the user who most recently modified the campaign and the date of that update.
- Action: Provides an Edit (pencil icon) option, allowing you to modify specific campaign details directly from the list.
By reviewing these columns, you can effectively track the history and current state of all your communication efforts within the platform.
