The Campaign module in Telgoo5 is designed to help you create, manage, and execute targeted communication efforts, specifically allowing you to send customized SMS or Email messages to your customers.
Follow these steps to create a new campaign:
- Access the Campaign Module: Navigate to the left-hand sidebar menu, locate Campaign (PC760), and expand it.
- Open the Creation Page: Click on Create Campaign (PC761).
- Define Basic Information:
- Enter a name for your campaign in the Campaign Name field.
- Use the Select Campaign Type dropdown menu to choose between SMS or Email.
- Configure Campaign Details: Once the type is selected, the form will update to show the required fields for that specific format:
- For Email Campaigns: You must provide the From Email Address, From Email Name, Subject, and the Message body. You also have the option to include BCC Email Addresses.
- For SMS Campaigns: You must provide the Subject and the Message body.
- For Email Campaigns: You must provide the From Email Address, From Email Name, Subject, and the Message body. You also have the option to include BCC Email Addresses.
- Draft Your Message:
- Compose your content in the Message text area.
- You can personalize your message by embedding specific variables, such as %FIRST_NAME%, %ACCOUNT%, or %CAMPAIGN_URL%, which are provided on the right side of the screen.
- Note: For SMS campaigns, be mindful of the character count and the impact of variables on the total length of the message.
- Set Status and Finalize:
- Select the appropriate Status from the dropdown menu (e.g., Active or Inactive).
- Click the Submit button to save and create your campaign.
