- Navigate to User Settings: Log in to your Telgoo5 dashboard.
- Access Management: Navigate to User Settings (PC480).
- Navigate to Agent Management: Once in User Settings, look at the top navigation tabs and select Manage master agent (PC120).
- Initiate Creation: Click the Add new agent button located in the top-right corner of the agent list area.
- Enter Agent Details: A form will appear. Fill in the required fields, which typically include:
- Agent Name/Login ID: Fill in agents first and last name. Create a unique name and secure login ID for the account.
- Contact Information: Input the associated email address, physical address, city, state, and zip code.
- Assign Group: Select the appropriate User Group Type (e.g., "safegroup" or "ACE Agents") from the dropdown to ensure the agent is associated with the correct permission set.
- Finalize: Click Submit to save the new Master Agent record.
