All single-line prepaid enrollments live under the Prepaid/Postpaid Orders module. Multi-line accounts go through the Multiline Orders module. Both modules expose the same five sub-menus:

• New Enrollments — the agent walks the customer through the same flow the website would.
• All Enrollments — searchable index of every enrollment, in any state.
• Bulk Enrollments — upload a CSV to activate many subscribers at once.
• Completed Enrollments — successful activations.
• Incomplete Enrollments — orders missing information (address, ID, payment, port info, etc.).
