The enrollment activity report allows the users to generate total enrollment counts for sales chains along with a complete breakdown of total enrollment , activated , pending and rejected enrollments.
This report provides flexibility to filter according to the master agent, distributor, retailer, employee along with filtering the data for a specific date range.
Additionally, it allows to narrow the search for a specific state and account type(Lifeline or non-lifeline).

MASTER AGENT NAME: The name of the primary agent overseeing the enrollment process.
DISTRIBUTOR NAME: The name of the distributor involved in the enrollment process.
RETAILER NAME: The name of the retailer responsible for enrolling customers.
EMPLOYEE NAME: The name of the employee or agent responsible for handling enrollments.
TOTAL ENROLLMENT: The total number of enrollments received or processed.
ACTIVATED ENROLLMENT: The number of enrollments that have been successfully activated.
REJECTED ENROLLMENT: The number of enrollments that have been rejected or not approved.
