DISTRIBUTOR: The master agent of the agent who enrolled the customer. RETAILER: The distributor of the agent who enrolled the customer.
ENROLL ID: An auto-generated enrollment ID assigned to customers as soon as they begin the enrollment process in Telgoo5.
ENROLLMENT TYPE: This shows if the order is a Lifeline order, ACP, or prepaid order.
NLAD TPIV ORDER: This field indicates whether the customer's enrollment in NLAD (National Lifeline Accountability Database) required third-party identity verification (TPIV).
STATE: The state of the service address of the customer.
CREATED DATE-TIME: The date and time when the customer record was created in Telgoo5.
COMPLETED DATE-TIME: The date and time when the enrollment process or order was completed.
TIME DURATION (SECONDS): The duration of time, in seconds, between the creation and completion of the customer record or order.
STATUS: The current status of the enrollment process or order.
APPROVED/REJECTED BY: The individual responsible for approving or rejecting the enrollment or order.
SOURCE: The source of the order or enrollment, such as website or agent, through which the customer initiated the process.
