To efficiently manage permissions in Telgoo5, it's crucial to verify the group assigned to a user. Here's how to check a user's group:
1. Navigate to the Telgoo5 user settings(PC480).
2. Under user settings, you can utilize Manage master agent(PC120), Manage distributor(PC121), Manage retailer(122) or Manage employee(PC123) to determine user group.
The user also has the flexibility to search for a particular user from the search field on the top for all these four categories.
You can find the group name corresponding to the Agent Name.
- Group Name for Master Agent
You can find the group name corresponding to the Agent Name.

You can find the group name corresponding to the Distributor name.
