Telgoo5 offers a range of platforms, including enrollment portals, websites, and APIs, facilitating the seamless enrollment and on-boarding of customers.
Serving as a centralized platform, Telgoo5 enhances user experience by providing a consolidated interface for managing new orders and customer interactions.
When customers enroll for ACP and/or Lifeline Services, their order status is displayed in Telgoo5 under Lifeline Orders (PC108). Depending on the status of the enrollment order, customer details can be accessed through various options available within Lifeline Orders:
- New Enrollments (PC1164): This feature enables direct enrollment of new customers via Telgoo5.
- All Enrollments (PC1165): Access customer details from all platforms where enrollments have been made.
- Completed Enrollments (PC1166): View details of completed enrollments, including customer information, across all platforms.
- Incomplete Enrollments (PC1167): Identify incomplete customer enrollments, along with reasons for incompleteness, error resolutions, and the step at which the enrollment process was left incomplete.
- Rejected Enrollments (PC1168): Review Lifeline and/or ACP rejected orders along with the reasons for rejection.
