- Open the Add Coupon Interface: On the main coupon management screen, click the Add Coupon Code button located in the top action bar.
- Enter Coupon Details: In the Add Coupon Code pop-up window, provide the required information:
- Select between Single Coupon Generation or Bulk Coupon Generation.
- Enter the Coupon Code and Coupon Name.
- Select the Coupon Type and enter the Coupon Value($).
- Set the Coupon Start Date and Coupon End Date.
- Choose the Uses Per Coupon (One Time Use or Multiple Use).
- Specify what the Coupon Applicable On (SIM, Equipment, Plan, Activation Fee, Total Cost, or Gift Card).
- Indicate if you want to waive off processing fee (Yes or No).
- Enter the Uses Per Customer.
- Submit: Once all fields are filled, click the Submit button to add the coupon to the system.
