Managing eSIM and pSIM Inventory in Telgoo5

1. Overview & Dashboard Navigation

• Access the main Inventory → Manage Inventory via the left-hand navigation panel to monitor stock levels.
• Physical SIMs and overall stock metrics, including total counts, available units, and status breakdowns (Available, Assigned, Reserved), are tracked directly on the dashboard.

• Note that eSIM inventory is not displayed directly within the core Telgoo5 portal and is managed through the Blueconnects portal.

2. Filtering and Reviewing Physical SIM Inventory

To view and filter physical SIM cards:

1. Navigate to the main Inventory list view at the bottom of the screen.
2. Locate the dropdown filters situated directly above the inventory table.
3. Change the All Statuses filter to Available (or your desired status).
4. Set the All Types filter specifically to Physical SIM Only to narrow down your list.
5. Click Search to refresh the dataset.

3. Exporting and Reporting Data

1. Once your filtered list is generated, click the Export button to download the data as a CSV file.
2. Open the downloaded CSV file in Excel to review exact item counts and details.
