Inventory Management

Accessing the Inventory Module

  1. Navigate to Inventory: Locate the Inventory (PC382) section in the left-hand menu.

  2. Open Management Dashboard: Click on Manage Inventory (PC345). This will display the primary icons for inventory tasks.

Core Inventory Operations

  • Adding Stock: See Adding Inventory

    1. Select Add Units (PC1).
    2. Enter the necessary equipment details (e.g., ESN, IMEI, or SIM number).
    3. Assign the units to the correct model and category, then save the entry to increase your available stock.

  • Updating Existing Inventory:

    1. Select Update Inventory (PC391) to modify existing records.
    2. Search for the unit or batch you need to edit.
    3. Update the status or details as required and submit the changes.

  • Changing ESN/SIM Status:

    1. Click on Change ESN/SIM Status (PC50).
    2. Enter the specific identifier (ESN or SIM number), you can paste multiple in the SIM box. Alternatively, on the right you can download the CSV sample file (complete with appropriate header) and submit that (best option for more than 25 SIMs).
    3. Select the new status (e.g., Removed, Bad, Free, Used, Fraud, or Stolen/Lost) from the dropdown menu and confirm the update.
    4. Select the appropriate options in the Master Agent, Distributor, Retailer, and Employee drop downs.

    5. Once submitted, you can check the status and results in the bottom grid. Click the Batch Name to have the option to download the report to a CSV.

  • Making Adjustments:

    1. Select Adjustments (PC47) if you need to perform single inventory re-assign or single device re-assign.
      • Single Inventory Re-assign– reassign a SIM to another Master Agent, Distributor, Retailer, and/or Employee. 
      • Search SIM card number, Box number, or Box ID. This will populate a list of SIMs within those parameters. 

      • Select the new Master Agent, Distributor, Retailer, and/or Employee below the search results and select “Inv Esn Re-assign”.

      • Single Device Re-assign– Process is relatively the same as above.
