How to Check Bucket Balances (Voice, SMS, Data)
- Access Customer Account: Log in to the CSR portal and search for the specific customer account.
- Locate Line Information: In the center column labeled Line Information, look for the Carrier field.
- Open Live Status: Click the blue button labeled Live Status (PC499).

View All Balances: Clicking this button expands the section directly below it (as seen in your second screenshot). The LIVE STATUS / ALL BALANCES section will populate with a granular list of all service buckets, including:
- Voice: Labeled as DYN_DOM_VOICE (showing remaining minutes).
- SMS/MMS: Labeled as DYN_DOM_SMS and DYN_DOM_MMS (showing remaining quantities).

Data: Labeled as DYN_DOM_HIGH_DATA, DYN_DOM_LOW_DATA, etc. (showing remaining quantities in MB).
Restoring Balances via Plan Renew
If a customer has depleted these balances and requires a restoral:
- Navigate to Quick Links: On the right-hand sidebar, click on Plan Renew (PC519).
- See Plan Renew for these steps.
- Verification: Once the transaction is successful, return to the account dashboard and click Live Status (PC499) again to confirm that the Quantity values for your Voice, SMS, and Data buckets have been reset.
Important Note: Performing an Instant (PC628) Plan Renew may trigger an immediate charge for the customer's plan. Please ensure you have their explicit consent before proceeding, as this action will reset their cycle and bill them for the new month of service immediately.
