Setting Up New Auto Pay

  1. Locate the Customer: Enter the customer's name, MDN, or account details into the Search Customer bar at the top of the dashboard and press Enter.
  2. Access the Quick Links: Once the customer's profile is loaded, look at the Quick Links panel on the right-hand side of the screen and click on Auto Pay (PC574).
  3. Select Auto Pay Type: Choose the service you wish to enable for automatic payments by selecting the corresponding radio button (e.g., Plan, Topup, or Data Topup).
  4. Initiate Payment Method: Click the Credit Card button on the right-hand side to associate a payment method with the Auto Pay profile.
  5. Review Plan Details:
    • The system will display the current Plan Name and Plan Expiry Date.
    • Verify the financial breakdown, including the Plan Cost, Total Tax, and the final Total Amount that will be charged automatically each month.
  6. Finalize: After verifying the amounts and the expiry date, click the Submit button to activate the recurring Auto Pay schedule.
     

Managing Auto Pay

  1. Locate the Customer: Enter the customer's name, MDN, or account details into the Search Customer bar at the top of the dashboard and press Enter.
  2. Access the Quick Links: Once the customer's profile is loaded, look at the Quick Links panel on the right-hand side of the screen.
  3. Open Auto Pay Module: Click on Auto Pay (PC574). This will direct you to the Auto Pay management screen.
  4. Configure Auto Pay:
    • Choose Auto Pay Type: Select the specific category you wish to set up or modify: Plan, Topup, Data Topup, or Insurance.
    • Select Payment Method: Click on the payment option (e.g., Credit Card) from the right-hand side to link the desired billing method to the auto-pay schedule.
  5. Review and Submit:
    • The system will display the current configuration, including the Plan Price and the next Auto pay Date.

    • Verify the details are correct. If you are modifying an existing setup, you can use the Cancel Autopay button if needed.

Note: If you do not see the red Cancel Autopay button, the customer does not have autopay set up.
