Checking Usage
- Locate the Customer: Enter the customer's name, MDN, or account details into the Search Customer bar at the top of the dashboard and press Enter.
Access the Quick Links: With the customer record open, navigate to the Quick Links panel on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Open Usage Module: Click on Usage (PC254). This will redirect you to the "Current 90 Days Usage" screen for that subscriber.
- Set Search Parameters:
- Date Range: The default view usually covers the last 90 days. You can adjust the Start Date and End Date fields if you need to filter for a specific timeframe.
- Record Filter: Use the Record dropdown to select the number of entries to display per page.
- Usage Type: Use the Usage Type dropdown to filter for specific activities, such as Voice, SMS, or Data if you are looking for something specific (e.g., viewing an incoming SMS as seen in your logs).
- Search: Click the blue Search button to generate the report.
- Review Data: The system will display a table containing the history, including:
- Call Datetime
- Billable Unit
- Usage Type (e.g., Incoming SMS)
- Network Type
- Call Destination City
- Call Destination State
- Record Group
- Bill Date
Above the search grid, you will be able to see a quick snapshot of billable units for each talk, text, data, and MMS. Additionally, you will have the option to download the CDR into an Excel.
Note: If more than 90 days of usage are needed, you will need to contact your admin or project manager with the MDN and the dates that you need CDR reports for.
