Billing & Invoices
Accessing Billing and Invoice Management
- Open Customer Account: Search for the customer and access their account view.

Navigate to Billing: From the left-hand navigation menu, select Customer Service (PC400), then click on Billing and Invoice (PC75).

Review Dashboard: The main workspace will update to show the customer's financial ledger, including a high-level summary at the top (Account Name, Wallet Balance, and available Discount Credits).
Utilizing Quick Action Buttons
The billing dashboard includes several buttons to perform daily transactions:
- Add Ad hoc - Invoice (PC454): Create a manual, one-time invoice for custom charges.

Add/Adjust Wallet (PC456/PC765): Use these to load funds into a customer's internal prepaid wallet or to modify their existing balance.
- Pay Invoice(s) (PC67): Open this to process a payment for outstanding balances.
- Add Discount Credit (PC843): Apply manual credits or promotional discounts to a customer's account.
Analyzing Historical Data
The bottom of the workspace contains a tabbed grid for detailed historical logging:

Financial Subtabs: Use the Invoices (PC72) and Payments (PC463) tabs to view generated bills and completed payment history.

Audit Logs: Utilize the dedicated logs (e.g., Wallet Log (PC466), Echeck Log (PC653), Autopay Log (PC678), Discount Credit Log (PC843)) to track specific payment methods and adjustment histories.

Troubleshooting: Use the Declined Payment (PC932) log to research failed transactions.
Interpreting Status Indicators
- Color-Coded Invoices: In the invoice grid, rows highlighted in blue are paid, while rows in red represent unpaid or outstanding invoices.
Note: Depending on your specific Telgoo5 instance, menu locations and available action buttons may vary based on your company's configurations and your user permissions.
