Physical SIM Assignment
During the activation flow, if a physical SIM is needed, you can select “Physical SIM.” The system is set up to automatically assign the customer a SIM card. This will also prompt the automatic shipment process. This applies for over the phone orders and in store orders.

Physical SIM Assignment in Telgoo5 (if needed)
If it is a physical SIM and you need to add it to the order manually, visit Inventory (PC382), then Shipping Queue (PC1066).
You can utilize the filters above the grid to locate the correct order.
If the order has just been created, it will show up on the list at the very top. Locate the order and verify in the scroll over list that customer information is accurate.
Scroll back over to the first column Action and click Assign SIM/Device that is blue hyperlinked.
This will populate View Order Details, with another scroll over list of the same customer information
Scroll back to the second column Attach SIM, input the SIM number, and click the green Submit Bulk Shipment button to attach the SIM to the customer’s account.
Navigate back to the customer’s account to ensure the SIM is attached correctly.
