Activation/Enrollments
Enrollment and Ordering Process

Access the Enrollment Module:
- From the main dashboard, navigate to the left-hand menu.
- Select Prepaid/postpaid orders (PC109).
- Click on New Enrollments (PC1142).

Enter Customer Information:
- Zip Code: Enter the customer's zip code in the blank form and click GO.
- Customer Name: Enter the customer's first and last name.
- Service Address: Enter the customer's service address details. The system will auto-populate the city and state based on the zip code.
- Mailing Address: Select the appropriate mailing address option (e.g., Same as service address, Different, or PO Box).
- Contact Details: Enter the customer's phone number and a valid email address, as the customer will receive all future carrier correspondence at this email.
- Choose Plan: Select the desired plan from the drop-down menu.
- Click Next Step.
- Zip Code: Enter the customer's zip code in the blank form and click GO.

Handle Equipment:

Handover Type: Select the appropriate option based on the customer's situation, such as whether they have their own SIM, if it is a port, or if it is a shipment request.
- Handover options: Customer has SIM and can give its information, Portin (same as first option), Shipment (customer does not have a SIM, the system will assign a SIM), or BYOD (bring your own device, typically will not use)
- Model: Select the appropriate device model- eSIM, SIM, or device.
- Click Next Step to proceed.

Handover Type: Select the appropriate option based on the customer's situation, such as whether they have their own SIM, if it is a port, or if it is a shipment request.

Process Payment and Finalize:
- Review the Overall Cost Details (Plan cost, activation fees, etc.).
- Click Submit.
- Select the Payment Method (e.g., Credit Card, Agent cash, Skip payment, or Dealer wallet).
- Click Proceed.
- Review the Overall Cost Details (Plan cost, activation fees, etc.).

Confirmation:
- Upon successful completion, you will see a Congratulations confirmation screen.
- This screen serves as confirmation that the customer was successfully staged or activated and is ready for service.
- You can use the system generated Customer ID or Enrollment ID to visit the customer profile to ensure details are accurate.
