A new report has been implemented in Telgoo5, named “Lifeline Recertification Status Report.” This report displays the recertification status of Lifeline orders, with data sourced from NLAD through the “ETC Recertification Subscriber Status Report.” The information will be stored in the Telgoo5 database.

Recertification Statuses Included:

• Recertified
• In Progress

This report is managed through the permission code PC1214. The data will be updated once a day from NLAD.

• Recertification Status
• Recert Eligibility Check Date
• Recertification Application ID
• Sub Recertification Deadline
