You can configure the 'Using Email Mandatory (Prepaid/Postpaid Enrollment) (SC10)' setting to make email a required field during the prepaid and postpaid purchase process.
By setting this option to 'Y', email will be mandatory.
By setting this option to 'N', email will be non-mandatory.
To enable or disable this Configuration, follow these steps:
1. Go to User Settings(PC480).
2. Navigate to System Config(PC234).
3. Locate Email Mandatory (Prepaid Postpaid Enrollment)(SC10) under Enrollment section.
4. Select Y or N based on your preference.
5. Submit. Log out and log back to see the changes.
