For example, if you have a prepaid order from the website with the number 345261 and the company name Telgoo5, you can set a prefix like WTELG345261 or any other prefix of your choice. Here, 'W' stands for website, 'TELG' is a short abbreviation for the company, followed by the customer's enrollment ID.

The Non-Lifeline Website prefix system configuration allow you to set a prefix for non-Lifeline orders, such as prepaid or postpaid, originating from the website.

1. To set this customer prefix, navigate to Telgoo5 System Config (PC234).

2. Under Enrollment, set the desired prefix for all non-Lifeline orders originating from the website.

3. Hit Submit. Log out and log back in to see the changes.
